The Festival "Sofra Dardane" has as its main objective the research, preservation and enrichment of the folkloric and ethnographic values of the regions of northern Albania as well as those of Kosovo that geographically together form the Dukagjini Plain.In order to create a festive atmosphere and to be followed by all tropojane and wider artisans, the competition and salutation appear in the central square of the city, as well as on the characteristic square in the valley of Valbona, in function of cultural tourism.This activity, due to the enrichment and revival of the artistic and cultural life of the city, serves also for the development of the local business and the combination of values of spiritual heritage with the values of tourism and natural beauties of this area.
